<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall Control of Accounting & Financial Department and Report to Top Management
- Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employee’s KPI
- Monitoring and Achieve objective target
- Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit
- Take care all financial job and Cash flow company
- Budget and Expenses Control
- Cost Reduction in Accounting Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier
- Review all received and payment voucher
- Monthly closing and Quarterly Closing Profit
- Consolidate Package RP
- Contract with external auditor / Sox auditor
- Internal audit fixed assets 3 DC company
- Taxation with Revenue Department
- Forecast Profit, Reporting financial BS &PL
- Improvement activity and presentation
- Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
- Provide Education to improve skill of subordinate
- Follow Up employee about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action
- Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field. Hold CPD license.
- At least 5 years in Accounting or Finance.
- Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English.
- Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
- Excellent personal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in Japanese company
- The working experience more than 1000 employees.

Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday- Friday + Saturday depends on company's calendar)

- การตรวจสอบและบรรลุเป้าหมายวัตถุประสงค์
- การตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบภายใน, การตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม, การตรวจสอบลูกค้า, การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
- ดูแลงานการเงินและกระแสเงินสดของบริษัททั้งหมด
- การควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย
- การลดต้นทุนฝ่ายบัญชีและการเจรจาต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ตรวจสอบใบสำคัญที่ได้รับและการชำระเงินทั้งหมด
- การปิดรายเดือนและการปิดกำไรรายไตรมาส
- รวมแพ็คเกจ RP
- สัญญากับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก / ผู้สอบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบภายในสินทรัพย์ถาวร 3 บริษัท DC
- ภาษีอากรกับกรมสรรพากร
- คาดการณ์กำไร การรายงานทางการเงิน BS & PL
- ปรับปรุงกิจกรรมและการนำเสนอ
- ติดตามการประชุมนโยบายของบริษัทและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ
- ให้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของลูกน้อง
- ติดตามพนักงานเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและดำเนินการทางวินัย
- ให้ความรู้และติดตามลูกน้องในการจัดการ 5 ส, ISO Management

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง, มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในบัญชีหรือการเงิน
- การทำงานเป็นทีมและความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้านการพูดและการเขียนที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ตำแหน่งงานต้องการมืออาชีพที่เป็นผู้ใหญ่พร้อมความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งพร้อมบุคลิกภาพที่น่าพึงพอใจ
- ทักษะส่วนบุคคลที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
