<Job Responsibilities>
・Route sales : 50% and Business Development : 50%
* Clients can provide can and drive by own
*Clients area : Bangkok, Chonburi, etc.
・Visit Clients to propose and explain their products
・Direct sales and proposal of LED lighting for facilities to end-users, new development sales, and consulting sales
End users = Various types of businesses (mainly manufacturing, warehousing, retail, etc.)
・Sales and new development sales of LED lighting for facilities to construction-related companies
・Building-related companies = general contractors, subcontractors, developers, etc.
・Propose their products to Distributer and electric retail store
・Educate and let Distributer and electric retail store sell their products to customer
・Consider marketing strategy about promote B2C sales
・Report to Manager about sales expectation
・Other tasks assigned by Thai manager
・Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Having experience more than 3-5 years as B to B sales in manufacturing company
・Working experience as Business development
・Working experience as handling home electrics
・Business level of English (TOEIC : more than 700)
・Not Job hopper
・Can work under pressure
・Can work multitask
・Personality: Flexibility, Challenging, active, self-motivated,

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Having experience as B to B sales toward construction industry
・Having experience as B to B sales related to handle home electrics
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Can speak Japanese
・Having experience as Marketing
・Experience of dealing with many kinds of products

・การขายตามเส้นทาง : 50% และพัฒนาธุรกิจ : 50%
* ลูกค้าสามารถจัดหารถยนต์และขับรถยนต์ด้วยตัวเอง
*พื้นที่ลูกค้า : กรุงเทพฯ ชลบุรี ฯลฯ
・เยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อเสนอและอธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์ของพวกเขา
・การขายตรงและการนำเสนอไฟ LED สำหรับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้ปลายทาง การขายการพัฒนาใหม่ และการขายที่ปรึกษา
ผู้ใช้ปลายทาง = ธุรกิจประเภทต่างๆ (ส่วนใหญ่คือ การผลิต คลังสินค้า การค้าปลีก ฯลฯ)
・การขายและการขายการพัฒนาใหม่ของไฟ LED สำหรับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อสร้าง
・บริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคาร = ผู้รับเหมาทั่วไป ผู้รับเหมาช่วง นักพัฒนา ฯลฯ
・นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายและร้านค้าปลีกเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
・ให้ความรู้และให้ Distributor และร้านค้าปลีกเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าขายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
・พิจารณากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการขายแบบ B2C
・รายงานต่อผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังในการขาย
・งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวไทย
・หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
・มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3-5 ปีในการขายแบบ B to B ในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
・ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
・ประสบการณ์การทำงานในการจัดการไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (TOEIC : มากกว่า 700 คะแนน)
・ไม่ใช่ Job hopper
・สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
・สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
・บุคลิกภาพ: คล่องตัว ท้าทาย กระตือรือร้น มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง
