<Job Responsibilities>
• Overall Accounting System, fiscal operations, Financial, Report Tokyo Report (Package & Monthly) and Revenue Office issues manage and advise. Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.
• Cash flow control and management. Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems
• Provide guidance and assistance to management in the financial control. Keep top management fully informed on the financial condition of the business.
• Verify posting voucher:- A/P, Non A/P, A/R, Non A/R, and G/L, balance of A/P, A/R check with G/L. Purchase & Payment. Overseeing deal executions to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• Problems solved, deal with the Auditor.
• Undertake and carry out any other additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10 years experience overall of Financial and Accounting(at least 3 years experience from big firm advertising agency/media agency)
• Has experience in big firms regional company / global company
• 4+ years experience for Financial or Accounting Director level
• Has experience to manage teams of at least 30 members (junior level included)
• Able to be responsible in group consolidate financial package
• Has experience in restructuring finance and accounting team
• Good command of written, spoken English and computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic able to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality and service mind
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, well handle with pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Master’s degree in finance
- Experience in Japanese company

English level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday (WFH 2 Days/WIO 3 Days))

• ระบบบัญชีโดยรวม, การดำเนินการทางการคลัง, การเงิน, รายงานโตเกียว (แพ็คเกจ & รายเดือน) และปัญหาสำนักงานสรรพากรจัดการและให้คำแนะนำ การรายงานและการบัญชีตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายและข้อบังคับ รวมถึงภาษี เงินปันผล รายงานประจำปีและบัญชี
• การควบคุมและจัดการกระแสเงินสด กลยุทธ์และการวางแผนธุรกิจและการเงิน การติดตาม การจัดการ และการรายงาน รวมถึงการจัดการและการพัฒนานโยบาย ระบบ
• ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือผู้บริหารในการควบคุมทางการเงิน แจ้งให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูงทราบอย่างครบถ้วนเกี่ยวกับสถานะทางการเงินของธุรกิจ
• ตรวจสอบใบสำคัญการผ่านรายการ:- A/P, Non A/P, A/R, Non A/R และ G/L, ยอดคงเหลือของ A/P, A/R ตรวจสอบกับ G/L การซื้อและการชำระเงิน ดูแลการดำเนินการดีลเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทุกอย่างดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
• แก้ไขปัญหา จัดการกับผู้สอบบัญชี
• รับและดำเนินการงาน หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบเพิ่มเติมอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารเป็นครั้งคราว

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 40 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
• ประสบการณ์ 10 ปีโดยรวมด้านการเงินและบัญชี (ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีจากเอเจนซี่โฆษณา/มีเดียเอเจนซี่บริษัทใหญ่)
• มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ บริษัทระดับภูมิภาค / บริษัทระดับโลก
• ประสบการณ์ 4 ปีขึ้นไป ในระดับผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการเงินหรือบัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมที่มีสมาชิกอย่างน้อย 30 คน (รวมระดับจูเนียร์)
• สามารถรับผิดชอบในการรวมกลุ่มงบการเงินได้
• มีประสบการณ์ในการปรับโครงสร้างทีมการเงินและบัญชี
• สามารถเขียน พูด ภาษาอังกฤษ และคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
• มีความกระฉับกระเฉงสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
• กระฉับกระเฉง รับมือกับความกดดันได้ดี มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง และมองหาความท้าทาย
