Responsibility:
Responsible in Organization Development and AnalysisCreating and Develop HR strategic policies, SOP and procedures as well as following up with HR supervisor in terms of implementationManage all Training & Development to ensure that serve the company’s strategy and increase the efficiency of the employees including promote learning culture.Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development.Managing staff evaluation, follow-up results and reports.Continuously improving training and development processes and procedures to fit with business needs.Summary training report and other development activities to propose in monthly management meeting.
Qualification:

Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 38 - 45 years oldBachelor’s or Master Degree or higher in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 8-10 Years of Experienced in Human Resources development and analysisGood command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge in strategic HR development is requiredStrong leadership and problem solving skillGood presentation and communication skillFast learner, dynamic, and ability to make decision is required

Over 10 Years’ experience in HRD management is preferableGood Initiative and analytical skill.
Workplace Area: Sathorn, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8:30 – 17.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000-120,000 THB/ Month
