Duties & Responsibility:
Contact main key account customer in Japanese Manufacturing , establish good communication and relationship with customers’ operation staff as well as their managementFind new qualify opportunity and new Japanese Manufacturing customerStudy, understand and predict customers’ business requirements and must be able to translate to the customers’ need and requirements for IT productsFormulate ideas and can propose IT solutions to the main key account customers to respond to the customers’ business requirementSupport team member to achieve the final targetCreate demand and mange projects for the key account customers based upon the above mentioned alignmentsPerform sales activities and achieve sales targets both in quarterly and annual basisForecast sales for targeted customers and make full effort to realize the planCommunicate and coordinate successfully with internal BUs various functions and back offices such as AS BU, ISS BU, MS BU, Sales support, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, Accounting, etc.Cooperate with company policies and guidelines – e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 14000, BAR, etc.Manage relationship with major vendors in order to get the best possible cost for all projectsManage at least one senior/supervisor sales executive. Provide direction and training and responsible for the sales executive’s result
Cooperate with Japanese Team such as JP in BU ,sale and management
Desired skills & experiences:

Male or Female, 30-35 years of ageAt least 7 years’ experience in IT industry and in SalesBachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related fieldsKnowledge in IT fieldMust be able to communicate fluently in English
[Prefer]
Fluent in Japanese (Able to do presentation in Japanese)Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skill
Workplace Area: Asoke / Bangkok (BTS Asoke)
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.30)
About the Benefit
Salary: THB 100,000 – THB 116,000 (Including Commission)
