<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to make decisions by oneself, and able to handle mold repairs and improvements on site.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Decisions by oneself of mold maintenance, and able to handle mold repairs and improvements on site.
- Managing, Controlling, Organizing and Directing of Mold Maintenance Section (Repair maintenance process) on site.
- Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
- Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products, systems, operations and processes
- Other assigned tasks
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Ability to handle metal mold repairs and improvements on site.

- Have working experience of at least 3 years as mold maintenance of metal products.
