<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing architecture that best aligns with a client's needs
- Coordinate and follow up on construction work to be in accordance with standards and requirements.
- Review and report the progress of the actual work done to supervisor.
- Shop drawing preparation and coordinate with subcontractor to manage details in field works.
- Site inspection and take correction for solving problems occurring.
- Safety control in project site and control subcontractor to work without accidents.
- Manage and inspect the incoming material and machine rental.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relate field
- At least 3-5 years experience in construction field
- Knowledge of advance Civil Engineering principle and Engineering standard
- Experience of using AutoCAD (2D/3D) / Microsoft Office
- Conversational level in English (Normally use for Email)

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Engineering license
- Japanese Certificate

<Required Performances>
- Professional site control following design, variation work control and how to communicate with subcontractor.
- Professional safety control in project site and how to control subcontractor.
- Professional site inspection following company standard and how to take correction.
- Professional communication with subcontractor, Meeting, Morning Talk
- Shop drawing preparation and understand Engineering drawing.
- Material control: Incoming inspection, machine rental and how to store in workshop.
- Site management in term of environment, cleanness, and company image.
- Good communication and negotiation skill

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การพัฒนาสถาปัตยกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้ามากที่สุด
- ประสานงานและติดตามงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานความคืบหน้าของงานที่ทำจริงต่อหัวหน้า
- จัดเตรียม Shop drawing และประสานงานกับ subcontractor เพื่อจัดการรายละเอียดในงานภาคสนาม
- ตรวจสอบสถานที่และดำเนินการแก้ไขเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
- ควบคุมความปลอดภัยในไซต์โครงการและควบคุมผู้รับเหมาช่วงให้ทำงานโดยไม่เกิดอุบัติเหตุ
- บริหารจัดการและตรวจสอบการรับเข้าและเช่าเครื่องจักร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ด้านงานก่อสร้าง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการทางวิศวกรรมโยธาขั้นสูงและมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้ AutoCAD (2D/3D) / Microsoft Office
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทน (ปกติใช้สำหรับอีเมล)

- ใบอนุญาตวิศวกรรม
- ใบรับรองภาษาญี่ปุ่น

- การควบคุมไซต์อย่างมืออาชีพตามการออกแบบ การควบคุมการทำงานในรูปแบบต่างๆ และวิธีการสื่อสารกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- การควบคุมความปลอดภัยอย่างมืออาชีพในพื้นที่โครงการและวิธีการควบคุมผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- ตรวจสอบสถานที่โดยมืออาชีพตามมาตรฐานบริษัทและวิธีแก้ไข
- การสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง, การประชุม, การพูดคุยตอนเช้า
- เตรียม Shop drawing และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Engineering drawing
- การควบคุมวัสดุ: การตรวจสอบขาเข้า การเช่าเครื่องจักร และวิธีการจัดเก็บในโรงงาน
- การจัดการสถานที่ทั้งในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ความสะอาด และภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัท
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
