<Job Responsibilities>
- Respond to claims about products from client by email and telephone
- Translate the claims and inquiries from client (both from domestic and overseas countries) to Japanese or Thai
- Make report about claims from client and analyse inferior of products
- Be an interpreter and support communication between Thai and Japanese, especially when clients come to factory for audit
- Manage suppliers in terms of conducting Audit to check quality and environment of their factory
- Prepare manual of QA and conduct internal audit for QA
- Manage KPI of production and QA/QC activities
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience as back office staff in any industry (engineer or sales support experience is prefer)
**Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up)
- Basic level of English

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience as Japanese Interpreter/Translator in manufacturing company
- Working experience as QA/QC staff
- Have knowledge about 7 QC tools
- Have basic knowledge of ISO9001

Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday, Saturday working around 10 times per year)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ตอบกลับข้อเรียกร้องเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์จากลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์
- แปลข้อเรียกร้องและข้อสงสัยจากลูกค้า (ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ) เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือภาษาไทย
- ทำรายงานเคลมจากลูกค้าและวิเคราะห์ความด้อยของสินค้า
- เป็นล่ามและสนับสนุนการสื่อสารระหว่างภาษาไทยและภาษาญี่ปุ่น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อลูกค้ามาที่โรงงานเพื่อตรวจสอบ
- บริหารจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ในด้านการดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงงานของตน
- จัดทำคู่มือ QA และดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในสำหรับ QA
- จัดการ KPI ของการผลิตและกิจกรรม QA/QC
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 22 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นพนักงาน back office ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม (มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมหรือฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
**ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาสูง (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นล่าม/นักแปลภาษาญี่ปุ่นในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ QA/QC
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ 7 QC tools
- มีความรู้พื้นฐาน ISO9001

ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : พื้นฐาน
ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : สนทนา

สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: วังน้อย อยุธยา
เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์, ทำงานวันเสาร์ประมาณ 10 ครั้งต่อปี)
