<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to interpret and translate in the Admin department. (General Affairs, HR) as Supervisor-Section Manager
.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Present necessary financial information, management strategies to executives and support business operations.
- Follow the topic of funding and accounting. and comply with relevant laws.
- Efficient capital management for Kaizen cash-flow.
- Manage funds in accordance with laws and regulations related to financial and foreign currency management.
- Analyse problems in analysing policies, budgets, forecasts and closing budgets, planning and implementing countermeasures. and participate in Kaizen Profit and Loss.
- Manage the accounting according to the accounting rules and relevant ministerial regulations. such as tax law.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Account or any related field.
- At least 3 years working experience as Account position in any manufacturing.
- Be able to analyse financial statements and can do budget terms.
- Conversational middle level English.
- Knowledge and skills of tax and finance.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have management experience
- Work experience in the Japanese company
- Toeic 500 will be advantage.
