<Position objective >
- Responsible Quality assurance works and control QA department
- including QMR working process

<Job Responsibilities>
- Strategy QA department plan and KPI
- Promote to work efficiency and follow up working plan in monthly
- Manage and control overall operation of the QA department according to clients demand
- Maintain standard and improve productivity in QA working process
- Coaching to QA member what is QA tool skills and contents such as 8D report
- Manage own members to keep operation advancing all members
- Report to Thai Manager and Japanese manager
- Solve the problems in QA department by cooperating with other members
- Educate and train new members by giving proper introduction and advise
- Other task might be assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree from Engineer or Quality assurance related filed.
- At least 10 years working in QA department in Japanese or Foreign affiliated automobile or Fiber factory
- At least 5years as assistant manager level in over 100members factory
- Not job hopper ( at least 2years experience in same company)
- Strong logical thinking and leadership skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of QMR in any company
- Conversational middle level of English
