Digital Account Lead (80K–100K) (SDG-92593)

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and develop effective digital strategies to achieve their objectives.
2. Identify and assess digital opportunities that align with client goals and maximize business growth.
3. Oversee the implementation and management of digital campaign with Digital solution team both of in-house and external partners, ensuring they are executed on-time, within budget, and deliver desired results.
4. Making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results of campaign performance.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for digital project-related matters.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
7. Present campaign updates, results, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
9. Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience of account management and campaign execution from Digital Marketing Agency/IT solution/Tech Solution/Digital Specialize Agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and ecommerce.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
