<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit client and get requirement or mission about HR or Organization issues
- Collect and analyze data by questionnaire or database searching
- Plan solutions to solve the client's order (Mainly plan about HR system or company structure)
- Prepare documents for proposal
- Communicate with internal staff in Thailand and Singapore to execute the projects together
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in one of following position
1.HR consultant or HR officer in corporate company(Recruitment or HRBP)
2.Consultant in consulting firm
3.Marketing or Sales position in marketing agency
- Experience in studying or working abroad
- Business level of English or Japanese (Toeic 800 up)
- Good skill of documentation and proposal to clients or Good skill of analyzing data and planning the solution
- Logical Thinking

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Business level of Japanese

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: none))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าและรับความต้องการหรือภารกิจเกี่ยวกับปัญหาทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือองค์กร
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามหรือการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูล
- วางแผนแก้ปัญหาตาม Order ของลูกค้า (วางแผนเกี่ยวกับระบบ HR หรือโครงสร้างบริษัทเป็นหลัก)
- เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับเสนอ
- สื่อสารกับพนักงานภายในประเทศไทยและสิงคโปร์เพื่อดำเนินโครงการร่วมกัน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งใดตำแหน่งหนึ่งต่อไปนี้
1.ที่ปรึกษาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลในบริษัทนิติบุคคล (Recruitment หรือ HRBP)
2.ที่ปรึกษาในบริษัทที่ปรึกษา
3.ตำแหน่งการตลาดหรือการขายในหน่วยงานการตลาด
- มีประสบการณ์ศึกษาหรือทำงานในต่างประเทศ
- ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (Toeic 800 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำเอกสารและข้อเสนอให้กับลูกค้า หรือ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนการแก้ปัญหาได้ดี
- การคิดอย่างมีตรรกะ
