<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Receive marketing orders and coordinate with various departments involved in the purchase of goods and make a quotation
<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive orders from customers in the case of walk-in, telephone or email.
- Apply for approval to open new customers into the company's ready-made system.
- Update the customer's rental status in the system. Including the confirmation of the delivery and return of the rented goods each day.
- Follow up on necessary documents for billing or marketing with customers
- Marketing promotion activities perform other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager and Asst Sales Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
・At least 2 years experiences as Sales Coordinator or Document Control Customer Service work, Procurement from any industrial.
・Advanced Conversational middle level in English.
・Be able to commute to work by themselves.
・Ability to work under pressure and deadline
