<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support and handle admin and accounting works
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle of accounting works with outsourcing company
- Gather and retain all bills and documents
- Handle payroll with Japanese manager, and if other thai member join company, will handle all payroll tasks
- Report and support Japanese manager works such as document tasks
- Handle and support Visa and work-permit for Japanese members
- if possible, translate and interpret Thai to Japanese in occasionally
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
※2Japanese manager almost work in Clients factory, so you can work as independently everyday.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree of Admin or Accounting related filed
- Conversational middle level of English (only email )
- At least 1 year experience in admin or accounting works
※ Be able to apply fresh graduate who graduate admin or accounting major
※ Be able to work independently because 2 JP managers works in Clients factory, No one work in office.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Basic Japanese level
- Experience as back office works in small company 5-20 peoples
- Work in Japanese company
