<Position objective>
- Manager and monitor to HR&GA, Accounting, Purchase, ISO, IEAT, BOI, IT, Safety and maintenance
<Job Responsibilities>
・Have a meeting with Japanese MD to understand company strategy and make direction of each functions
・Manage and overview the progress of each task as below. There is staff to take care below operations, manager needs to monitor and manage it.
1. Accounting document such as managing cash flow, financial reports and respond to audit (Need understand FS, GL, Voucher, VAT, WHT)
2. HR and GA Work such as payroll contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions, recruiting, reviewing welfare and company policies
3. Purchase work such as negotiating price, manage delivery schedule
4. IEAT (Report) and BOI (not much), Waste and other concerning
5. ISO9001/2015 (Daily working, monthly working, preparing for internal and CB audit)
6. IT work process
7. Safety as well (Need technician level and management level)
8. Others
・Making reports which is required by MD or Japan HQ
・Coordinate with Japan HQ regarding Accounting, HR&GA, Purchasing and BOI tasks
*This position sometimes need to go outside to visit bank or government department by driving company’s car
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Conversational high to Business Level of Japanese (N2 level)
・At least 5 years working experience in HR & GA in manufacturing industry
・At least 1 year working experience as manage level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Used to work in new set up company or small size company
・Strong knowledge of accounting, finance or audit will be high advantage
