<Job Responsibilities>
• Take care of issuing quotations. Purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices
• Check for options and ways to produce products and deliver them to meet customer needs.
• Follow up on the issuance of purchase orders and check the lead time used in production in order to meet the delivery date that customers want.
• After receiving orders from customers check the specification clearly before submitting the matter to the production department. Ready to set the date of completion.
• Including accepting purchase orders from customers and confirming the actual delivery date again.
• Follow up on the progress of goods production and imports. Prepare documents and contact the import department in advance before the date of export.

• If the customer wants to change the product specification or the delivery date in the middle, check and report the final conclusions to both parties.
• Record purchase and sale information in the company's system immediately every time the goods are imported and shipped, including checking the inventory at the end of every month
• Coordinate with the responsible person. to check the condition of the goods the orderliness of the packaging and related documents in advance before the customer delivery date
• Contact and visit customers regularly to inquire about their needs and current problems.
• After Sales Support In the case of damaged products or claims, including in the event that new customers need to support the installation and testing of use as well.
• Find new customers in the main products that are distributed regularly. Including finding job opportunities for other possible secondary jobs.
• Contact and coordinate with commercial partners, providing information and continuous sales support.
• Secondary to the main sales duties Learn collectively for order and method of repairing items from Maintenance Engineer and then use it to explain to customers to have a basic understanding.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of working experiences as a Sales position
• Experiences in automotive industry
• Microsoft office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Good command in English [to communicate with clients in email, documents, and work communication]
• Flexible to work when meeting with client.
• Driver's license with no criminal record [company's car for business purpose provided]
<Preferable Skills/ Experiences>
• If you have experience, go to customers or take care of the job site by yourself will advantage.
• Have interest or experience in plastic injection molding industry and customer support will consider specially
• Be able to speak Japanese is preferrable (N3)
