<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Start up for fastener, screw, Bolt department in future plan.
※ This position plan for training in Japan 2025.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for Heat and surface treatment works in production line
- Training about Heat and surface treatment special skills, QA QC knowledge and sales marketing etc.
- Handle for QA QC tasks with internal department after training
- Sales and marketing tasks with internal department after training
- Other related works as new set up engineer by assigned Japanese manager

※Training in Japan around 6months, all expense is company support.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3years experience of Heat and surface treatment in manufacturing company
- Have willingness to study Japanese (because training in Japan around 6months)
- Not Job hopper ( at least 2years experience in same company )

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Basic to conversational Level of Japanese
- Work in Japanese automobile company
- Have experience of Screw, bolt or fastener as automobiles parts
