<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Take care all of accounting activity
<Job Responsibilities>
・Day to day processing of accounts payable to ensure the accurate and timely recording of invoices.
・Manage petty cash including issuing and reimbursement of petty cash, recording of all petty cash vouchers in an accurate and timely manner.
・Manage and prepare payment including issuing cheque, monitoring the due date and ensure all payments done on time.
・Performing accounts payable aging, performing variance analysis and reconciling outstanding items.
・Handling daily accounting entries.
・Prepare withholding tax for submit to revenue department.
・Ensure monthly VAT filling are submitted on time.
・Ensure the monthly bank reconciliation with completed within 4 days of month end and file related paperwork.
・Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records, performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts and files.
・Support both the internal and external audit process, annual audit by providing information and answer to auditors.
・Supervising and providing overall guidance to account staff as well as senior accounting staff.
・Complete all tasks as requested by manager in a timely and efficient manner.
・Performs other activities as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
・At least 3 years experience as account in manufacturing industry.
・Advance conversational middle level of English
・Ability to use Microsoft Office program.
・Understanding of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
・Understanding of tax and BOI regulations.
・Problem analysis and solving skills.
・Self-motivated and being a team player.
・Able to work under pressure
