<Job Responsibilities>
1. Recruit, compare prices and negotiate prices with suppliers at the request of internal departments.
2. Receive purchase orders and coordinate between suppliers and relevant departments.
3. Make order based on information of the Purchasing Department as assigned
4. Follow up on orders according to the delivery schedule and requirements of each department in the organization.
5. Prepare information about vendors, stores, product prices, product lists to summarize monthly reports.
6. Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 1 years work experience in Purchasing
- Good command of English (Daily conversational level)

- Knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP B1)
- Motorbike or car to commute
