<Job Responsibilities>
This position support QAQC department (70%) and Production control department (30%) as interpreter and translator
**Sometimes support interpret of whole company meeting

1.QA/QC department
- Translate the claims and inquiries from client (both from domestic and overseas countries) to Japanese or Thai
- Make report about claims from client and analyse inferior of products
- Be an interpreter and support communication between Thai and Japanese, especially when clients come to factory for audit
- Participate meeting as interpreter to support conversation

2.Production Control department
- Translate documents related to production control
- Support conversation between Japanese Manager and Thai staff

3.Others
- Be an interpreter in whole company meeting
- Support other departments such as Engineering team in case other interpreters are busy
- Make weekly business report to Assistant Manger
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of working experience as Interpreter/Translator in manufacturing company
- Business level of Japanese (N2 up)
- Basic level of English

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in QA/QC or Production department
- Have basic knowledge of ISO9001, 14001

Workplace Area: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, Saturday working around 10 times per year)

ตำแหน่งนี้สนับสนุนแผนก QAQC (70%) และแผนกควบคุมการผลิต (30%) ในตำแหน่งล่ามและนักแปล

1.แผนก QA/QC
- แปลข้อเรียกร้องและข้อสงสัยจากลูกค้า (ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ) เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือภาษาไทย
- ทำรายงานเคลมจากลูกค้าและวิเคราะห์ความด้อยของสินค้า
- เป็นล่ามและสนับสนุนการสื่อสารระหว่างภาษาไทยและภาษาญี่ปุ่น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อลูกค้ามาที่โรงงานเพื่อตรวจสอบ
- ร่วมประชุมเป็นล่ามสนับสนุนการสนทนา

2.ฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต
- แปลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมการผลิต
- รองรับการสนทนาระหว่างผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นและพนักงานชาวไทย

3.อื่นๆ
- เป็นล่ามในการประชุมทั้งบริษัท
- สนับสนุนแผนกอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมวิศวกร ในกรณีที่ล่ามคนอื่นไม่ว่าง
- ทำรายงานธุรกิจรายสัปดาห์ให้ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งล่าม/นักแปลในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในแผนก QA/QC หรือฝ่ายผลิต
- มีความรู้พื้นฐาน ISO9001, 14001

ทักษะทางภาษา
ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : พื้นฐาน
ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ธุรกิจ

สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: วังน้อย อยุธยา
เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์, เสาร์ ทำงานประมาณ 10 ครั้งต่อปี)
