<Job Responsibilities>
- Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals through skillful leadership
- Work Closely with Service team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle dissatisfied internal and external customers
- Manage and supervise the whole service
- Manage sales and customer service
- Manage and control cost by company targets
- To run daily operation and solving problem on the customer complain
- To develop and engage team both head of team and team member
- Plan and check attendance schedules
- Supervise the orderly preparation of the restaurant's opening and closing
- Monitor, control and allocate table reservations appropriately
- Knowledge and expertise in Japanese restaurant
- Summarize operating results and report to Department Head such as analysing sales, reporting problems and proposing guidelines
- Stock management of raw materials, both kitchen and bar and container stock counting and various equipment in the shop
- Fix specific problems in order for the store to be able to operate smoothly
- Be an inspiration and motivate daily excellence

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
- Previous experience of running a restaurant for at least 5 years
- Good command of Japanese (N3), both writing and speaking
- Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination, good problem-solving skill and conflict management skill
- Commitment and enthusiasm for work

- เพื่อพัฒนาและมีส่วนร่วมกับทีมทั้งหัวหน้าทีมและสมาชิกในทีม
- วางแผนและตรวจสอบตารางการเข้างาน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยในการจัดเตรียมการเปิด-ปิดร้านอาหาร
- ติดตาม ควบคุม และจัดสรรการจองโต๊ะให้เหมาะสม
- มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น
- สรุปผลการดำเนินงานและรายงานต่อหัวหน้าแผนก เช่น วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย แจ้งปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางปฏิบัติ
- บริหารสต๊อกวัตถุดิบ ทั้งครัว บาร์ และนับสต๊อกคอนเทนเนอร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในร้าน
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเพื่อให้ร้านสามารถดำเนินกิจการได้อย่างราบรื่น
- เป็นแรงบันดาลใจและกระตุ้นความเป็นเลิศในชีวิตประจำวัน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร้านอาหารมาก่อนอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N3) ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
- ความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง, แรงจูงใจในการโค้ช, มนุษยสัมพันธ์และการประสานงาน, ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีและทักษะการจัดการความขัดแย้ง
- มีความมุ่งมั่นและกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
