<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Arrange business plan and lead sales target to be achievable for both exist customers and expand business to new customers/markets. (BD 90%, Existing 10%)
<Job Responsibilities>
・Visit customers in Eastern Seaboard area by own car.
・Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners.
・Preparation of financial plans including forecasting and budgeting and the five-year strategic plan.
・Customer and account management e.g. receivables collection, pricing, budgeting, increase customer satisfaction and etc.to optimize financial strength of the business.
・Manage and control other metrics aligned with group objectives.
・Define the market structures and the relevant market segments, identify targets and their potential, identify from the organizations’ portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fit to the market needs and develop/set-up distribution partners and customers.
・Establish the organization’s brand in the market based on innovation, value to customer, technical support, service and quality.
・Manage and market opportunity pipeline and incoming project business.
・Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products.
・Responsible for effective implementation and improvement of the Safety.
・Responsible for confirming the assessment of risk document of related department.
・Follow the procedures for the respective areas/operation.
・Recommend changes and improvement where appropriate.
・Other as assigned from report line.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in any field
・Have working experience at least 5 years in marketing/selling the water management business .
・Have management experience at least 3 years.
・Have working experience to deal with customer from Retailer, Construction store, Department store.
・Conversational middle-high level of English
・Have own car and driving license
