<Job Responsibilities>
- Planning campaigns, overseeing the overall picture of company project in India, Southeast Asia, Africa and new country opened
- Analyzing potential Business Opportunity and Strategic options analysis and evaluation
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for an organization’s growth, including long term objectives, short term goals, and specific tactics for reaching those goals
- Defining problems, identifying issues, developing hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision makers
- Conducting research to identify industry trends that may affect the organization’s long-term viability
- Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that goals are met

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic or related fields
- 1-3 years of Forex/Cryptos experience
- 2+ years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning
- Good communication skills in Chinese (HSK6) and English (TOEIC700) (For communication with report line)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Leadership, project management, strong organizational, planning, outstanding research and analytical skills

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng / MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00((Monday to Friday) WIO 100%/ Thai (Silom) or Malaysia (Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- วางแผนแคมเปญ ดูแลภาพรวมของโครงการของบริษัทในอินเดีย เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ แอฟริกา และประเทศเปิดใหม่
- การวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางธุรกิจที่มีศักยภาพและการวิเคราะห์และประเมินทางเลือกเชิงกลยุทธ์
- การพัฒนาและนำแผนกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติเพื่อการเติบโตขององค์กร รวมถึงวัตถุประสงค์ระยะยาว เป้าหมายระยะสั้น และกลยุทธ์เฉพาะเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายเหล่านั้น
- กำหนดปัญหา ระบุปัญหา พัฒนาสมมติฐาน และสื่อสารข้อมูลเชิงลึกและข้อเสนอแนะไปยังผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจหลัก
- ทำการวิจัยเพื่อระบุแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรมที่อาจส่งผลต่อความอยู่รอดขององค์กรในระยะยาว
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน เศรษฐกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ Forex/Cryptos 1-3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปในการบริหารธุรกิจ ที่ปรึกษาด้านการจัดการหรือการวางแผนกลยุทธ์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี (HSK6) และภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC700 คะแนน) (สำหรับติดต่อ Report Line)
- มีทักษะ Microsoft Office ที่ดี (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ความเป็นผู้นำ, การจัดการโครงการ, องค์กรที่แข็งแกร่ง, การวางแผน, การวิจัยที่โดดเด่นและทักษะการวิเคราะห์
