<Job Responsibilities>
<Management /Co-ordinator>
- Plan task and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Check and control the task results of team.
- Handle some part of project management. Issue management for system bug, and etc.
- Make basic design, instruction to developer, testing, UAT support, and etc.
- Develop, analyse, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers to follow.
- Assess business needs and describe them into relevant solutions, also convert highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with programmers and customers to build the system.

<SW engineering>
- Be involved in all area of software development life cycle
- Get customers requirement and create user requirement specification
- Design and create software specification & Documentation.
- Design and create test case for software.
- Handle software documentation thus system workflow, use case, ER-Diagram, data dictionary, basic and Program specification.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field.
- Have working experience over 5 years in system development life cycle.
- Has experienced in any programming language
- Good knowledge about Windows, Web or mobile application development.
- Basic understanding of No SQL or bigdata technologies and theirs uses.
- Good knowledge about Software engineering (Spiral model, Agile model etc.).
- Good knowledge about Software quality assurance & control management.
- Able to communicate well in Thai and English (to communicate with customer and internal team <Development/coding>)
- Able to work onsite in Upcountry.

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Hybrid 1-2 days WFH)
- 1 year Experience or less >> work in office everyday
- experience more than 1 year >> depends on team management (at least 1day/Week))

- วางแผนงานและกำหนดเวลาโดย WBS (โครงสร้างการแบ่งงาน) ตรวจสอบและควบคุมผลงานของทีม
- จัดการบางส่วนของการจัดการโครงการ การจัดการปัญหาสำหรับจุดบกพร่องของระบบ และอื่นๆ
- ทำการออกแบบเบื้องต้น คำแนะนำสำหรับนักพัฒนา การทดสอบ การสนับสนุน UAT และอื่นๆ
- พัฒนา วิเคราะห์ จัดลำดับความสำคัญ และจัดระเบียบข้อกำหนดข้อกำหนด การทำแผนที่ข้อมูล ไดอะแกรม และแผนผังลำดับงานเพื่อให้นักพัฒนาปฏิบัติตาม
- ประเมินความต้องการทางธุรกิจและอธิบายออกมาเป็นโซลูชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งแปลงข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคขั้นสูงให้เป็นข้อกำหนดที่ไม่ใช่ด้านเทคนิคที่ชัดเจน
- ประสานงานโครงการเพื่อให้การดำเนินงาน/บริการ/ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าราบรื่น
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับโปรแกรมเมอร์และลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างระบบ

<วิศวกรรม SW>
- มีส่วนร่วมในทุกด้านของวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
- รับความต้องการของลูกค้าและสร้างข้อกำหนดความต้องการของผู้ใช้
- ออกแบบและสร้าง software specification & Documentation.
- ออกแบบและสร้างกรณีทดสอบสำหรับซอฟต์แวร์
- จัดการเอกสารประกอบซอฟต์แวร์ เช่น เวิร์กโฟลว์ของระบบ, กรณีใช้งาน, ER-Diagram, พจนานุกรมข้อมูล, พื้นฐานและข้อกำหนดของโปรแกรม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 5 ปีในด้านวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาระบบ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาใดก็ได้
- มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา Windows, Web หรือ Mobile Application
- ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานของ No SQL หรือเทคโนโลยี Big Data และการใช้งาน
- มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ (Spiral model, Agile model เป็นต้น)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Software Quality Assurance & Control Management เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน <Development/coding>)
