<Job Responsibilities>
Sale Coordinator in the Sales Department.
Sales Coordinator function :
- Assistant to Sales & Marketing GM to lead the division.
- Sales activities to get inquiries from customers or distributors.
- Support the information to the distributor. The main task is negotiating between the customer and the factory to find the best solution for production, payment,
delivery, etc.
- Discussing product specifications between customer and distributor.
- Issue quotation and contract of the product specification to customer.
- Delivery control.
- Payment following up.
- Visiting to customers (Sometimes making a business trip to domestic)
- Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
- Support to Sales team/ coordinate between divisions / Any assignment by GM.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- English Business Level TOEIC 600 score up.
- Able to drive and go on business trips throughout Thailand.

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Knowledge of Engineering (Preferable)
- Knowledge of Asphalt Mixing Plant

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขายในฝ่ายขาย.
หน้าที่งานประสานงานขาย :
- ทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและการตลาดในการเป็นผู้นำแผนก
- กิจกรรมการขายเพื่อรับข้อซักถามจากลูกค้าหรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- สนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่าย งานหลักคือการเจรจาระหว่างลูกค้าและโรงงานเพื่อหาทางออกที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการผลิต การชำระเงิน การจัดส่ง ฯลฯ
- หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- ออกใบเสนอราคาและสัญญาข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- การควบคุมการจัดส่ง
- ติดตามการชำระเงิน
- เข้าพบลูกค้า (บางครั้งเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในประเทศ)
- รายงานประจำเดือนเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ (ยอดขาย/อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น)
- สนับสนุนทีมขาย / ประสานงานระหว่างแผนก / งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก GM

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , อายุ 27 - 32 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในการเป็นผู้ประสานงานขาย
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ TOEIC 600 คะแนนขึ้นไป
- สามารถขับรถและเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจได้ทั่วประเทศไทย
