<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for overall Marketing tasks for expanding the market and create new customer development
- Doing market research and collect essential data to analyze market, company business and also new trend
- Thinking of new products/ material to match with customers demand
- Coordinate with R&D division, Sales and also Suppliers to develop new material or products to match with customer's requirement
- Searching for Material suppliers for cost reduction
- Make a survey of customers' satisfaction
- Occasionally visit customers with Sales team to realize customer requirement and demand
- Occasionally visit company's factory for discussion about company's product development or other matters (maybe day trip or 2 night business trip)
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience of Marketing, Research Marketing
- Good analyze and communication skills between team/divisions and also work great as independently
- Good English command (internal-client communication, report, email)
- Basic Computer literacy and MS Office
- Comfort to attend approximately 2 weeks training process in Kabinburi (Prachinburi)
- Comfort to have business trip to company's factory in Prachinburi as occasionally

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Direct experience from Apparel/ Clothing/ Lingerie & Underwear, Fabric Industry
- Additional experience of Business Development
- Bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Administration

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รับผิดชอบงานการตลาดโดยรวมเพื่อขยายตลาดและสร้างการพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่
- ทำการวิจัยตลาดและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเพื่อวิเคราะห์ตลาด ธุรกิจของบริษัท และเทรนด์ใหม่ๆ
- คิดผลิตภัณฑ์/วัสดุใหม่ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย R&D ฝ่ายขาย และซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อพัฒนาวัสดุหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ค้นหาซัพพลายเออร์วัสดุเพื่อลดต้นทุน
- ทำแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- เข้าพบลูกค้าเป็นครั้งคราวพร้อมกับทีมขายเพื่อรับทราบความต้องการและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- เยี่ยมชมโรงงานของบริษัทเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อปรึกษาหารือเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทหรือเรื่องอื่น ๆ (อาจเป็นทริปไปเช้าเย็นกลับหรือทริปธุรกิจ 2 คืน)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้านการตลาด, Research Marketing
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการสื่อสารที่ดีระหว่างทีม/หน่วยงาน และยังสามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายในกับลูกค้า, รายงาน, อีเมล)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และ MS Office
- ความสะดวกสบายในการเข้าร่วมกระบวนการฝึกอบรมประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ที่กบินทร์บุรี (ปราจีนบุรี)
- สะดวกสบายในการเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจที่โรงงานของบริษัทในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีเป็นบางครั้ง

- ประสบการณ์ตรงจากธุรกิจเครื่องแต่งกาย/ เสื้อผ้า/ ชุดชั้นใน, อุตสาหกรรมผ้า

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ
