<Position objective >
- Responsible for providing telephone support and on-site technical machine support and installations
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide technical repair support of machinery products via telephone for customers, distributers, or other technical personnel.
- Visit on-site customer for repair and installations products
- Establish and build exemplary communication and technical expertise with customers and distributors
- Arrange and Monitoring Service Engineer Job Schedule including Tools Providing Control.
- Update, manage and maintain technical documentation. Act as reference point for technical documentation
- Develop, prepare, generate and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to Service. Other administrative tasks as necessary.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree from Engineering filed
・At least 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer or Field application engineer in manufacturing company (Must have PLC )
・Conversational middle level of English
・Have willingness to customer support work (including job detailed)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience of maintenance and repair machine equipment
・Work in Japanese company
