<Job Responsibilities>
The role is accountable to support the local FG stock replenishment in Thailand and to ensure and efficient delivery of material to the Asian Market

- In charge of the complete process from PO creation till goods received in local WH/DC;
- In charge of the process from SO to goods delivered to customers;
- Responsible to grant a reliable OTIF service levels while optimizing the inventory;
- In Charge of providing the best material availability;
- Follow company’s purchasing policy and procedures;
- Issue orders according to replenishment plan and track the shipment status;
- Manage supplier account creation, source list maintenance, purchasing price updates, etc in SAP
- Ensure an efficient alignment on the operation activities in the Local WH/DC
- Work with local 3PL to manage the importation and exportation process
- Do goods receipt and goods issue in SAP timely
- Maintain SAP data accurate,
- Take any assigned job if needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experiences in supply chain + logistics + import-export (Minimum 3 years for Logistics Specialist )
- Knowledgeable on material import and export in Asian Countries
- Knowledgeable in Inventory management
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management
- English skills required
- Good communication with international and local clients (Asian countries)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- SAP Knowledge is required

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุนการเติมสต็อค FG ในท้องถิ่นในประเทศไทย และเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบวัสดุไปยังตลาดเอเชียอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการทั้งหมดตั้งแต่การสร้าง PO จนถึงการรับสินค้าใน WH/DC ในท้องถิ่น
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการตั้งแต่ SO จนถึงสินค้าที่ส่งถึงมือลูกค้า;
- รับผิดชอบในการให้ระดับบริการ OTIF ที่เชื่อถือได้ในขณะที่ปรับสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสม
- รับผิดชอบการจัดหาวัสดุที่ดีที่สุด
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อของบริษัท
- ออกใบสั่งตามแผนการเติมเต็มและติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง
- จัดการการสร้างบัญชีซัพพลายเออร์ การบำรุงรักษารายการแหล่งที่มา การอัปเดตราคาจัดซื้อ ฯลฯ ใน SAP
- ตรวจสอบการจัดตำแหน่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพในกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานใน Local WH/DC
- ทำงานร่วมกับ 3PL ในพื้นที่เพื่อจัดการกระบวนการนำเข้าและส่งออก
- ทำการรับสินค้าและเบิกจ่ายสินค้าใน SAP ให้ทันเวลา
- รักษาข้อมูล SAP ให้ถูกต้อง
- ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายหากจำเป็น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านซัพพลายเชน + โลจิสติกส์ + นำเข้า-ส่งออก (ขั้นต่ำ 3 ปี สำหรับ Logistics Specialist )
- มีความรู้ด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออกวัสดุในประเทศแถบเอเชีย
- มีความรู้ด้านการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
- มีความรู้ในการจัดการคลังสินค้า
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษที่จำเป็น
- มีการสื่อสารที่ดีกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและในประเทศ (ประเทศในเอเชีย)

- จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ SAP
