Application Engineer Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-93948)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide comprehensive application software implementation planning or software development planning to meet total project implementation plan needs in respect of on time schedule, project budgeting
- Provide advice on corporate system implement schemes including technical knowledge and service mine to team/outsource member
- Ensure new programs behave according to specifications by conducting unit test, integration test and regression test
- Prepare hardware sizing estimation for support proposal document
- Manage activities of team members with project plan and progress
- Translate exchange specifications into application program
- Supervise and solve/fixed problem regarding Requirement confirmation, system design, program development, and system installation include DB installation and/or software component installation with staff
- Conduct module status meeting with working team
- Support and attend project status meeting with customer and project team members
- Provide documents/manuals of project implementing such as User Requirement Specification, UI specification, Design documents, User Manual, Application Software Installation manual, etc.
- Maintaining good customer relationship, developing business proposals as well as identifying new business opportunities
- Report progress of job assignment to supervisor
- To accomplish work as assignment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or any related.
- At least 5 years solid experience in software development and implementation for Web Applications under JAVA environment and framework
- At least 2 years of experience in System Analysis
- Knowledge of JAVA, Python, Robot Framework, SQL, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, Terraform, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CloudFlormation, Cloudwatch.
- Experience in RDBMS: MS-SQL
- Good command of English skill for both speaking and written

- Good analytical skill, problem solving and creative

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดให้มีการวางแผนการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์แอปพลิเคชันที่ครอบคลุมหรือการวางแผนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนการดำเนินงานโครงการทั้งหมดตามกำหนดเวลา งบประมาณโครงการ
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการวางระบบขององค์กร รวมถึงความรู้ด้านเทคนิคและการบริการแก่ทีมงาน/สมาชิกภายนอก
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโปรแกรมใหม่ทำงานตามข้อกำหนดโดยการทดสอบหน่วย การทดสอบการรวม และการทดสอบการถดถอย
- เตรียมการประมาณขนาดฮาร์ดแวร์สำหรับเอกสารข้อเสนอการสนับสนุน
- จัดการกิจกรรมของสมาชิกในทีมด้วยแผนโครงการและความคืบหน้า
- แปลข้อกำหนดการแลกเปลี่ยนลงในโปรแกรมแอปพลิเคชัน
- ดูแลและแก้ไข/แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการยืนยันความต้องการ การออกแบบระบบ การพัฒนาโปรแกรม และการติดตั้งระบบ รวมถึงการติดตั้ง DB และ/หรือการติดตั้งส่วนประกอบซอฟต์แวร์กับเจ้าหน้าที่
- ดำเนินการประชุมสถานะโมดูลกับทีมงาน
- สนับสนุนและเข้าร่วมประชุมสถานะโครงการกับลูกค้าและสมาชิกในทีมโครงการ
- จัดทำเอกสาร/คู่มือการดำเนินโครงการ เช่น User Requirement Specification, UI specification, Design document, User Manual, Application Software Installation เป็นต้น
- การรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่ดี การพัฒนาข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจ ตลอดจนการระบุโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ
- รายงานความคืบหน้าการมอบหมายงานให้หัวหน้าทราบ
- ทำงานให้สำเร็จตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขา Computer Science หรือ MIS หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และการใช้งานสำหรับ Web Applications ภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมและเฟรมเวิร์กของ JAVA
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการวิเคราะห์ระบบ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ JAVA, Python, Robot Framework, SQL, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, Terraform, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CloudFlormation, Cloudwatch
- มีประสบการณ์ใน RDBMS: MS-SQL
