Sea Export Customer Service (Asst. Manager) (30K–60K) (SDG-94346)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Manages and monitors the workload of each Sea Export Team member to ensure accuracy, and balance tasks among staff.
• Monitors the team’s performance and identifies transactions, support CS teams in guidance and problem solving, allocate new accounts to individual team members, and tasks that require special handling or expediting.
• Establishes workflow processes, reviews and revises these as needed in accordance with customer needs, Company standards and ISO policies /assigns work to staff, monitor section performance and ensure section KPIs are reach.
• Responsible for product operational and sales activities as assigned by Sales Team and/or General Manager.
• Ensures the timeliness of Billing, File Closing, Document Turnover and Booking as well as Monthly Reporting for Senior Management.
• Ensures Company compliance of all applicable local and international laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
• Ensures that the staff is properly trained and handles shipments in compliance with AFR (Japan), ISF & AMS (USA) regulations.
• Oversees, trains and advises team members and clients in areas of export administration regulations, consular regulations, other government agency regulations, billing system, accounting procedures and export services.
• Reviews and audits work process.
• Coordinate with Sea carriers and consolidators for space bookings and equipment to meet committed service levels, negotiates rates with providers i.e., Carriers, NVOCC.
• Responds to rate requests received from clients and overseas offices/agents.
• Performs / supervises timely closing/billing (invoice release) & accountability for profit of all shipments assigned.
• Responsibilities include participating in the interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work processes; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Joint visits with Marketing & Sales to existing customers upon request.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field.
• Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Sea Export Freight Forwarding or Import-Export industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Good command in English communication and business writing.

• Managing Subordinates more than 5 persons will be advantage
• Have a solid understanding and advanced knowledge of AFR (Japan), ISF & AMS (USA) regulations as well as knowledge of all other government agency regulations governing Sea Export shipments.
• Possess knowledge of Incoterms, ISO 9001 procedures and hazardous materials regulations.
• Possess exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to work independently, multi-task, be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
