<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage and control team
・Responsible for the sale and delivery of the property
・To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and etc.
・To make a feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and etc.
・To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business
・To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
・To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business
・To perform other duties that may be assigned
・To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks
・Other duties assigned by Manager
** There will more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Real Estate, Architecture or any related fields.
・Minimum 5 years experience in any coordinating experience in real estate or construction industry
・Minimum 5 years experience about Residential sales
・Person who is willing to career up as business development in real estate industry
・Conversational high level of English, strong communication skills
・PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Working experience as Manager
・Working experience to handle Low-rise condominium
・ Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business
・ Experience in marketing for the residential development, of any other real estate development business

English level : Conversational

・จัดการและควบคุมทีม
・รับผิดชอบการขายและส่งมอบทรัพย์สิน
・ดำเนินการพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือวิจัยการตลาดเพื่อพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย, สำนักงาน, โรงแรม, ค้าปลีก, โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ
・ทำการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ได้แก่ ที่พักอาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม ค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ
・ทำการวิจัยตลาดโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
・เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ แผนงาน และแบบจำลองสำหรับธุรกิจและโครงการใหม่ และเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ของสิ่งเหล่านั้น
・ร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรร่วมทุนและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการทำธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
・ทำหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย
・เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้บริหารสำหรับงานที่ต้องการทุกประเภท
・หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
** จะมีงานที่ไม่ประจำมากขึ้นและคาดว่าผู้สมัครจะมีความยืดหยุ่นและขับเคลื่อนตนเองเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของโครงการราบรื่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, กลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ, อสังหาริมทรัพย์, สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
・ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการประสานงานในอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือการก่อสร้าง
・ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการขายที่อยู่อาศัย
・บุคคลที่ต้องการพัฒนาธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง, มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
・ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・ประสบการณ์การทำงานในฐานะผู้จัดการ
・ประสบการณ์การทำงานดูแลคอนโดมิเนียม Low-rise
・ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นอย่างดี
・ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดสำหรับการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์อื่นๆ
