<Job Responsibilities>
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Monitor and maintain network security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Design, configure, and implement network infrastructures
- Provide technical consultancy around network infrastructure and architecture design related topics during IT project implementation
- Interact and negotiate with vendors outsource to implement and secure network and telephone services
- Create and maintain network configuration documents
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving network problems

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (IT infrastructure is prefer)
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- At least 1 year of experience in designing and implementing network and IT infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi Technology, and Network Security
- Knowledge of Log & Patch mgmt., AntiVirus, and other Protection system

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
- Good teamwork, problem-solving, self-learning, creative thinking, project mgmt., and service mind

- ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหา
