<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit a variety of management reports and documents, such as customer & market analyses and sales reports.
- Create and maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring the accurate and efficient organization of company records.
- Attend and participate in management meetings, taking minutes and summarising key points for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver clear and engaging presentations to support management's strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, drafting and reviewing contracts and maintaining office equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyse, and present data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and related management activities.
- Perform additional administrative, secretarial tasks and other assignments from the management team as required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in secretary or personal assistant for executive /administration tasks.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English is highly essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn new or updated software to enhance productivity quickly.
