<Job Responsibilities>
1.Production management:
-Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that it runs efficiently, safely, and meets established quality standards.
2.Budgeting and resource allocation:
-Develop and manage budgets for the plant, including labor, materials, equipment, and maintenance. Allocate resources appropriately to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
3.Personnel management:
-Hire, train, and supervise plant employees, including production staff, maintenance workers, and other support staff. Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
4.Quality control:
-Implement and maintain quality control systems and processes to ensure that products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
5.Health and safety:
-Ensure that the plant complies with all applicable health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
6.Process improvement:
-Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
7.Equipment maintenance:
-Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
8.Inventory management:
-Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
9. Performance monitoring:
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the plant's performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Compliance:
-Ensure the plant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
11. Cross-functional collaboration:
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, to align plant operations with overall company objectives and strategies.
12. Reporting:
-Provide regular reports on plant performance, progress, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree of food science or engineering field
・10 years experience in manufacturing processes in the management level
・Ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Conversational high level of Japanese
・Experience in setting up the organization of the factory
・Experience in taking care of Chicken product
