<Job Responsibilities>
< OVERALL >
- To gather information on the PJ sales progress, the price, the strategies, and the market situations by not only participating in relevant meetings with the business partner but also conducting market surveys, based on support from supervisors.
- Check the sales and marketing activities are being carried out appropriately to ensure sales progress without delay and to keep a certain profit level.

< RELATIONSHIP / NEGOTIATION >
- Work closely with various internal teams in our company, and external local partners, sales agents, and any business associates related to the business.
- Negotiate with the local parties concerned and also develop the good working relationship with them.

< REPORTING >
- Report regularly the sales progress, market situation, and whatever is relevant to the supervisor in English.

< OTHER >
- Other responsibilities including meetings organization, sharing sales and marketing information with other department people and any other required works related to the above.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or
equivalent at least 2 years' experience
・Having enough experience in the real estate especially sales and marketing field, handling projects ranging from Residential properties
・Good proficiency in English as well as Thai
・Adaptability with Japanese business cultures
・Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Having good knowledge of the local real estate market with the related laws and regulations, analytical skills, presentation skills, financial modeling and management skills
・Having a good skill of Microsoft Office
・Experience of Digital Marketing

- เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้าการขายของ PJ ราคา กลยุทธ์ และสถานการณ์ตลาด โดยไม่เพียงแต่เข้าร่วมการประชุมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจเท่านั้น แต่ยังทำการสำรวจตลาดโดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างาน
- ตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาดที่ดำเนินไปอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการขายมีความคืบหน้าโดยไม่ชักช้าและรักษาระดับกำไรไว้ได้

< ความสัมพันธ์ / การเจรจา >
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมงานภายในต่างๆ ในบริษัท และพาร์ทเนอร์ท้องถิ่นภายนอก ตัวแทนขาย และผู้ร่วมธุรกิจใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
- เจรจากับฝ่ายท้องถิ่นที่เกี่ยวข้องและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการทำงานร่วมกัน

< การรายงาน >
- รายงานความคืบหน้าการขาย สถานการณ์ตลาด และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหัวหน้างานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

- ความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ รวมถึงการจัดการประชุม การแบ่งปันข้อมูลการขายและการตลาดกับแผนกอื่น ๆ และงานที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้างต้น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือเทียบเท่า ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
・มีประสบการณ์เพียงพอในด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ โดยเฉพาะด้านการขายและการตลาด การจัดการโครงการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ที่อยู่อาศัย
・สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้ดี
・ปรับตัวเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมธุรกิจของญี่ปุ่นได้
・ความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบไดนามิกและท้าทาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในท้องถิ่นกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ ทักษะการนำเสนอ ทักษะการสร้างแบบจำลองทางการเงินและการจัดการ
・มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Office เป็นอย่างดี
・ประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล
