Work details
・Monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers.
・Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers.
・Provide import and export shipping documents.
・Co-ordinate with Logistics Control Tower and customers (internal/external) on the current status of export shipment and it whereabouts.
・Check and verify forwarder's billings invoices according to agreed and update files on carrier rates and quotations.
・Responsible for certain Logistics Dashboard KPI's e.g. Inventory numbers. Identify and implement process improvements for repeat issues if target are fails.
・Ensure all logistics activities adhere to laws, guidelines and ISO requirement.
・Bachelor's degree in logistic or related fields
・At least 5 years experience in import & export, customs procedures and regulation in manufacturing.
・At least 5 years in management experience in import & export, customs procedures and regulation in manufacturing.
・Advance conversation middle level in English
・Strong knowledge of BOI
・Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
・Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new processes and procedures
・Strong process understanding with high execution performance
