<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide HR support through integrated talent management on an international level
• Liaise with group companies (sales companies, factories, R&D companies) around the world
• Arrange exchange programs for overseas employees to JPHQ
• Develop HR solutions, programs, and policies to speed up the company’s globalization process
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years of HR experience in an MNC is a MUST
• Business level of English, conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Able to station in Japan
• Proficient in MS Office
