<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for PE department
<Job Responsibilities>
1) Section Budget
・To prepare and management the Sect. Budget Control Regulation.
・To Receive Policy and communicate to concerned Dept.
・To set up target and monitoring Budget plan (Plan&Actual) of Sect. according to plan.
・To control and monitoring root cause analysis (in case of budget are not according plan).
2) Cost 3 Pillars
・To Receive Policy, set action plan and implement as planned for achieve company target.
・Co-operate with other department in Mfg. about Kaizen item.
・To set Kaizen item and schedule to matching with company target.
・To be confirm Kaizen benefit (SQCP) are meet objective then submit to DM,GM to get approval for start Kaizen.
・Follow up progressive of Kaizen to be on plan (including PCR).
・Summary kaizen result , Kaizen Progressive then report to Management and Concern Dept.
・Confirm kaizen details are completed and check standard after revise.
3) QCC Activity
・Share QCC activity information to member.
・Support and Advise member to involve activity follow company plan.
Common Management
・Support Policy Management: KPI control and management.
・To management and control budget usage by follow yearly budget plan.
・To support the Company Activity / Event.
・To management and support company system.
・To management and control the Section organization.
・To set up and control JF / JD / Daily work control / Milestone.
・To management and control Regulation /Manual /Work instruction (WI) / Workflow.
・To Manage subordinate Development plan.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any field.
・Have working experience at least 10 years of PE in automotive parts in manufacturing fields.
・At least 5 years of management experience as PE in the manufacturing industry dealing with management systems and coaching skills.
・Knowledge about IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001.
・Can work under Pressure.
・Advance conversation level middle-high level in English
・Skill with Teamwork, Communication, Logical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Positive Thinking and Good relation with Tea
