<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify market potential, establish competitive pricing, warranty period and other relevant product sales factors to fit with market trends and situations, and develop market strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead range creation process by creating the product line plan, and scheduling all phase of product development till introduction to the market.
- Provide product expertise and training to other sales & marketing members including key specifications, selling point, highlight features and why company etc.
- Cooperate with Marketing Communication team and Sales team both offline and online (e-Commerce) to create promotional activities, and publicize through the prospects, press, sales forces, and alternate distribution channels.
- Provide market information and identify also track market trends in the company’s industry.
- Do a competitive analysis comparing with key competitors and communicate to sales and relevant parties. Utilize product advantage as key selling points as well as solving problem on product disadvantage.
- Organize product marketing presentation both internal and external.
- Coordinate with sales team on sales demand, review sales forecast and challenge when necessary, prepare sales & purchase plan according to agreed timeline. Be responsible for the adequacy of inventory, ensure stock turnover in line with company target.
- Manage gross profit (GP) to be in line with company target.
- Utilize Advertising and Promotion (A&P) under the approved budget.
- Develop new business opportunities such as new business model, new channel, etc. according to the company direction.
- Enable to accept other assignment by the supervisor as beneficial for the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- 4 years experience in sales and marketing of IT, OA, or electronic products with at least one year dedicated to product marketing functions.
- English language at the following levels - good
- Ability to prepare articles and presentation material in English
- Ability to make comprehensive presentations, participate in formal debates and professionally communicate in front of an audience.
