Service Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking) (35K–45K) (SDG-95793)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Support, Cooperate and communicate between team, customers and suppliers in Japanese language and also English.
- Be a Japanese interpreter to support office work, meetings, and others both in-house and outside.
- Documents translation such as Technician Manual
-Translate and prepare the maintenance procedure document for the new installation machine.
- Support the after-sales service work and service administration work
- Be a professional and best supporter to make customers fully satisfied or impressed.
- Process and lead the project, overhaul or big improvement.
- Control project timeline to ensure all project will be achieving target and finish on schedule.
- Maintain ISO9001 to ensure the system keeps good operation.
- Occasionally visit customers as required and coordinate between client, PIC Engineer and Suppliers (Mainly visit together with Suppliers, Engineer or Sales)
- Other tasks following manager’s assignment or company policy.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
‐ At least 2 years experience as below;
1) Machine maintenance and/or after sales service, related Engineer/ Technical support for machine field OR
2) Japanese Interpreter and translating (+Technical Engineer Vocabulary)
- Understand basic of mechanical & electrical maintenance.
- Good Japanese (Skill equal to N2+, Conv High to Business level) <Communicate with oversea suppliers, Japanese Engineer, customers, Document translation etc.>
- Good English language skill. (email and other tasks as assigned)
- Driving license (Company cars are provided)
- Comfort to do OT on weekday overtime and also holiday if required
- Have problem solving skill, flexible, good service mind and relationship.
- Good communication skill, positive attitude and can work under pressure.
<Preferable Skills/ Experiences>
‐ Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or concern.
- Able to join immediately
- Understand electric diagram and electrical equipment functional.
- Knowledgeable system of pneumatic, hydraulic.
- Knowledgeable electronic and industrial automation equipment such as Inverter, Sensor, etc.
- Skillful in tools and measurements.
