<Job Responsibilities>
- General accounting operations for both corporates and real estate development and investment projects (work with an outsourcing accounting firm)
- Develop standards for accounting business operations, and internalization of accounting operations in the future
-Manage processes for cashflow projection, financial forecasting, budgets complication, and reporting to the company
-Coordinating with related departments; such as investor relations and external consultant on financial issues
- Work and cooperate with administration team
-Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in accounting in any industry
- Conversational high level of Japanese (N3 up)
- Conversational high level of English
- Person who are open-minded, challenging, and fast learner

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Hold CPD license, and/or related master degrees
- Working experience in start-up company(small sized) and Japanese company

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การดำเนินงานด้านบัญชีทั่วไปสำหรับทั้งองค์กรและการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์และโครงการลงทุน (ทำงานร่วมกับสำนักงานบัญชีภายนอก)
- พัฒนามาตรฐานการดำเนินธุรกิจบัญชีและการปรับการดำเนินงานบัญชีในอนาคต
-จัดการกระบวนการสำหรับการประมาณการกระแสเงินสด การพยากรณ์ทางการเงิน ความซับซ้อนของงบประมาณ และการรายงานไปยังบริษัท
-ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่นนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์และที่ปรึกษาภายนอกด้านการเงิน
- ทำงานและร่วมมือกับทีมบริหาร
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ด้านการบัญชีในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาสูง (N3 ขึ้นไป)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- เป็นคนใจกว้าง ท้าทาย และเรียนรู้เร็ว

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD และ/หรือปริญญาโทที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทสตาร์ทอัพ (ขนาดเล็ก) และบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
