<Job Responsibilities>
- Being responsible for second process of manufacturing, by assuring manufacturing stability, decreasing defect ratio
*We have 3 processes in manufacturing
- Plan & Actual control counteraction for fundamental cause and issues
- Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
- Reviewing production, coordinating with quality control and maintenance department and statistics to plan and modify all activities
- Planning, developing and implementing new methods from JP HQ and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
- Manage subordinates with controlling workforce, providing training
- Other tasks as assigned by Japanese GM

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 10 years’ experience as production department in Manufacturing company
・At least 3 years experience as management level only manager
・Conversational middle level of English
・Be able to commute by themselves
・Not job hopper, at least 2years experience in same company

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience of Chemical or Electric material production
・Work with Japanese top management
・Business level of English or Conversational Japanese
