Civil Site Engineer (Onsite)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Make Schedule of construction work to be in accordance with standards and requirements.
- Make Shop Drawing using CAD programs, referring to the Design Drawing until coordinating with other related systems to use correctly.
- Used Shop Drawing to control and coordinate with subcontractor to manage details in field works.
- Review and report the progress of the actual work done and able to analyse the cause of the problem that caused the works delay too and report to Senior Engineer.
- Site inspection and able to suggest methods for solving problems and solving common problems that occur. And can identify ways to prevent it from happening again.
- Able to find ways to reduce costs from installing systems at the job site and presenting them to Senior Engineers.
- To be make training plans at site to sub-contractor.
- Safety control in project site and control subcontractor to work without accidents.
- Able to plan material orders in advance, Including controlling the amount of materials that are suitable for the budget.
- Manage and inspect the incoming materials and any the rental machine to keep the materials in good quality without being damaged or lost while waiting for use.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 32 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3-5 years experience in construction field
- Knowledge of advance Civil Engineering principle and Engineering standard
- Experience of using AutoCAD (2D/3D) / Microsoft Office
- Conversational level in English (Normally use for Email)
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to relocate

<Required Performance>
- Professional site control following design, variation work control and how to communicate with subcontractor.
- Professional safety control in project site and how to control subcontractor.
- Professional site inspection following company standard and how to take correction.
- Professional communication with subcontractor, Meeting, Morning Talk
- Shop drawing preparation and understand Engineering drawing.
- Material control: Incoming inspection, machine rental and how to store in workshop.
- Site management in term of environment, cleanness, and company image.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Engineering license

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดทำตารางงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนด
- ทำ Shop Drawing ด้วยโปรแกรม CAD อ้างอิงจาก Design Drawing ไปจนถึงการประสานงานกับระบบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ใช้งานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ใช้ Shop Drawing เพื่อควบคุมและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงในการจัดการรายละเอียดในงานภาคสนาม
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานความคืบหน้าของงานที่ทำจริงและสามารถวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาที่ทำให้งานล่าช้าได้ด้วย และรายงานต่อ Senior Engineer
- ตรวจสอบหน้างานและสามารถแนะนำวิธีการแก้ไขและแก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปที่เกิดขึ้นได้ และหาทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นอีกได้
- สามารถหาวิธีลดต้นทุนจากการติดตั้งระบบที่หน้างานและนำเสนอต่อวิศวกรอาวุโส
- จัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมที่หน้างานให้กับผู้รับเหมารายย่อย
- ควบคุมความปลอดภัยในไซต์โครงการและควบคุมผู้รับเหมาช่วงให้ทำงานโดยไม่เกิดอุบัติเหตุ
- สามารถวางแผนการสั่งซื้อวัสดุล่วงหน้า รวมถึงควบคุมปริมาณวัสดุให้เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณ
- จัดการและตรวจสอบวัสดุรับเข้าและเครื่องจักรที่เช่าเพื่อให้วัสดุมีคุณภาพดีไม่เสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างรอการใช้งาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 26 - 32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ด้านงานก่อสร้าง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการทางวิศวกรรมโยธาขั้นสูงและมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้ AutoCAD (2D/3D) / Microsoft Office
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (ปกติใช้สำหรับอีเมล)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถย้ายที่อยู่ได้

- เตรียม Shop drawing และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Engineering drawing
- การควบคุมวัสดุ: การตรวจสอบขาเข้า การเช่าเครื่องจักร และวิธีการจัดเก็บในโรงงาน
- การจัดการสถานที่ทั้งในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ความสะอาด และภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัท
