<Job Responsibilities>
1 Strategic Activity
- Make annual sales budget
- Identify and follow up target plans
- Prepare presentation materials
- Conduct presentations to customers
- Accompany customers making a factory tour
- Preparation of annual contract and price negotiation with customers
2 New Business Developments
- Hear requests for new products and value analysis proposal
- Work to design-in components /modules for new programs and models with customers /R&D and engineering groups
3 Sample Activities
- Get requests for sample
- Follow up on evaluation results of submitted samples to customer
4 Price Control
- Request for quotation to vendor
- Prepare quotations to customers
- Prepare quotations and price determination sheets for internal
- Request for buying and selling price maintenance
5 Order Process
- Register new customer code
- Issue Initial Purchase Order Announcement (Item Code Registration to Vendors)
- Request customer registration for internal
- Place purchase order to vendors
6 Sales Data
- Monitor production trend of customers
- Make monthly sales forecast
- Monitor and control stock level and minimize aging stock or write off stock
7 QA Activities
- Attend to all customers product complaints
- Issuance of product complaint sheet
- Provide a reply to a customer (Defective product analysis report)
8 Delivery Control
- Support CS to resolve delivery issues
9 Collection of Bill
- Help resolve discrepancy in accounts receivable
10 Others
- Issue the business report. (Customer's information, Internal one, The progress strategic matters
- Other tasks as assigned
* Clients Ratio: New Clients 10%, Existing Clients 90%
* Clients Location: Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong etc. (Sometimes there are oversea business trips)
* This position has many tasks of documentation by EXCEL
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- At least 5 years experience in sales tasks in manufacturing or trading company
- Conversational high level of English
- Excel skills (V-look up)
- Having own car
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Conversational high level of Japanese(N2 up, Internal and with clients)
- Conversational high level of Chinese(with factory in China)
