<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage overall production in automotive part

<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage overall production in automotive part
・Responsible for the effective and successful handling of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the production department.
・Responsible for planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and Training
・Coordinate with a related section for the installation process
・Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical or related
・At least 7 years experience as Production role in Automotive of Leather parts.
・7 years of management experience in a Production department leader.
・Conversational middle-high level in English.
・Computer Literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Tough person and comfort to work in production line
・Be able to commute to work by themselves
