<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for all of logistic Kaizen activity
<Job Responsibilities>
・Join activity in know-how and trying to improve by Kaizen activity that can achieve productivity up.
・Promote development and settlement of Kaizen know-how of company logistics operation and transfer it to other factories as the regional mother factory logistics.
・Safety management, Kaizen management, Productivity management.
・Establish Kaizen know-how and transfer to other factory as regional mother.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related field
・At least 5 years experience in Logistics management and Warehouse management system from related industry.
・At least 1 year of management experience
・Conversation middle level in English.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good computer proficiency.
・Good communication and presentation skill.
・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
