<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Monitor and evaluate technology trends, recommending upgrades or changes to optimize performance and reduce risks.
- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard data and systems.
- Monitor and assess security vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data privacy and security
- Evaluate and select external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
- Oversee the procurement process for IT-related products and services, ensuring value for money and quality.
- Monitor vendor performance, resolving any issues or disputes that arise.
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
- Allocate IT resources effectively, prioritizing projects and tasks based on business needs and available resources.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or security.
- Oversee and manage the IT department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to IT team members, promoting professional development and teamwork.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Other duties assigned

Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10 years in IT field experience
- Conversational high level of English
- MS Office such as MS Excel
- Have experience in Windows Server and SQL

<Preferable Skills / Experiences >
- Working experience in manufacturing company
- Experience of Implementing new ERP (especially Microsoft Business Central[BC] or Microsoft Navision)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการและบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอทีขององค์กร รวมถึงเครือข่าย เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ฮาร์ดแวร์ และซอฟต์แวร์
- ติดตามและประเมินแนวโน้มของเทคโนโลยี แนะนำการอัพเกรดหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความเสี่ยง
- พัฒนาและปรับใช้นโยบาย กระบวนการ และการควบคุมความปลอดภัยด้านไอทีเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลและระบบ
- ติดตามและประเมินช่องโหว่ด้านความปลอดภัย ใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ และมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
- ประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ขายและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก การเจรจาสัญญาและการจัดการความสัมพันธ์
- ดูแลกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอที เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าคุ้มค่าเงินและมีคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของผู้ขาย แก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น
- พัฒนาและจัดการงบประมาณของแผนกไอที เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดซื้อฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และบริการต่างๆ จะคุ้มค่า
- จัดสรรทรัพยากรไอทีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จัดลำดับความสำคัญของโครงการและงานตามความต้องการทางธุรกิจและทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่
- ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายและระบุโอกาสในการประหยัดต้นทุนโดยไม่สูญเสียคุณภาพหรือความปลอดภัย
- ดูแลและจัดการแผนก IT รวมถึงการสรรหาพนักงาน การฝึกอบรม และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาแก่สมาชิกในทีมไอที ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการทำงานเป็นทีม
- ส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานในเชิงบวก สร้างความมั่นใจในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกันที่มีประสิทธิภาพภายในทีม
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หรือประสบการณ์เทียบเท่า)
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน IT อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- MS Office เช่น MS Excel
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Windows Server และ SQL
