Design Engineer (Stamping Process Dept.) (30K–45K) (SDG-96398)

<Job Description>
- Design tooling for stamping processes using principles from precision engineering;
- Analyze stamping process using finite element analysis (FEA) with nonlinear effects including plasticity, friction, geometry changes;
- Validate material constitutive models using simple stamping tests that compare simulations to experimental data;
- Prepare detailed drawings of tooling components with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) necessary for incoming inspection;
- Collaborate with product development to assure stamping process satisfies product specifications
- Collaborate with supply chain management to purchase cost-effective tooling components
- Collaborate with metrology department regarding measurement of stamped components and tooling components;
- Collaborate with production to transition new stamping processes to high-volume production; and
- Collaborate with quality assurance department to establish process controls and resolve stamping issues in production
- Other tasks as assigned

- MSC finite element analysis software such as Apex, Nastran, Marc, etc.

- Geomagic
- Python scripting with SciPy, NumPy, PANDAS, and Matplotlib


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
・At least 2 years experience in mechanical design of tooling used in stamping or injection molding
・Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 750 score up)
・Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel vlookup/pivot table/Xlookup)
・Solid Works

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Experience with non-linear finite element analysis and/or solid mechanics
・Experience in precision engineering (machine design, manufacturing processes, metrology, etc.)

- ออกแบบเครื่องมือสำหรับกระบวนการปั๊มโดยใช้หลักการจากวิศวกรรมความแม่นยำ
- วิเคราะห์กระบวนการปั๊มขึ้นรูปโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบไฟไนต์ (FEA) ด้วยผลกระทบแบบไม่เชิงเส้น ได้แก่ ความเป็นพลาสติก แรงเสียดทาน การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเรขาคณิต
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบจำลองส่วนประกอบของวัสดุโดยใช้การทดสอบการปั๊มอย่างง่ายที่เปรียบเทียบการจำลองกับข้อมูลการทดลอง
- จัดเตรียมภาพวาดโดยละเอียดของส่วนประกอบเครื่องมือพร้อมการวัดขนาดทางเรขาคณิตและความคลาดเคลื่อน (GD&T) ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการตรวจสอบที่เข้ามา
- ร่วมมือกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการปั๊มเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ร่วมมือกับการจัดการซัพพลายเชนเพื่อซื้อส่วนประกอบเครื่องมือที่คุ้มค่า
- ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกมาตรวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการวัดส่วนประกอบที่ประทับตราและส่วนประกอบเครื่องมือ
- ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อเปลี่ยนกระบวนการปั๊มแบบใหม่ไปสู่การผลิตในปริมาณมาก และ
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกประกันคุณภาพเพื่อสร้างการควบคุมกระบวนการและแก้ไขปัญหาการประทับตราในการผลิต
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการออกแบบ>
- UG NX
- ซอฟต์แวร์วิเคราะห์ MSC finite element เช่น Apex, Nastran, Marc เป็นต้น

- การเขียนสคริปต์ Python ด้วย SciPy, NumPy, PANDAS และ Matplotlib

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี วิศวกรเครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการออกแบบกลไกของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปั๊มหรือฉีดขึ้นรูป
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (TOEIC 750 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
- สามารถใช้งาน PC และ Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel vlookup/pivot table/Xlookup)
- Solid Works
