General Manager of Human Resources & Environmental, Health, and Safety (HR&EHS) (150K–190K) (SDG-96542)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Develop and implement HR&EHS strategies: Collaborate with team to develop and execute comprehensive HR&EHS strategies that support the overall regional objectives and drive employee engagement, challenging action, safety, and compliance.
• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement strong branding strategies that help enhance our company's brand position and drive business growth.
• HR management: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• EHS management: Lead the EHS function, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state regulations. Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Policy development: Develop and update HR&EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, regional best practices, and company standards. Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure their understanding and adherence.
• Compliance and reporting: Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant HR&EHS regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
• Training and development: Identify training needs within the organization and regional, develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and awareness in areas such as safety, diversity and inclusion, ethics, and other HR-related topics.
• Employee relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns promptly and fairly.
• Data analysis and metrics: Utilize HR&EHS metrics and analytics to track and measure key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR&EHS metrics and progress.
• Budget management: Develop and manage the HR&EHS department budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay current with trends: Stay updated on emerging HR&EHS trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously enhance personal and professional development through participation in conferences, seminars, and networking opportunities.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 45 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Proven experience 20+ years in overseeing HR&EHS functions from any industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR&EHS regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Proved experience 10+ years leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR&EHS strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
• Experienced working in chemical industry.
• Experienced in Regional HR.
• Proficiency in any of HR systems and other relevant software applications.
• Japanese communication language skill.
