<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide the technical support with the customer& distributor
(Product demonstration, sample evaluation, able to propose solutions, HW/SW installation, operation training, after sales service, support over the phone & e-mail, etc.)
- Visit clients with distributor and explain details information about technical
*Average 3-4 times/week , *Need to use own car
- Maintain the relationship with the customer & distributor
-Support sales in term of technical knowledge
- Activity to expand the business in Thailand and related ASEAN region
*Need to go overseas business trip(Mainly ASEAN countries)
- Technical strategy planning for distributor improvement
- Technical exchange with Asian countries by e-mail and phone
- Other task as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ field Service engineer
- Metrology,Xray system, Measuring equipment, semiconductors,or any related system experience
- Mechanical/ Electronical/ Semiconductor/ Automotive company working background
- Dimensional CAD skill, 3D software experience, automation system knowledge, Analysis and coordinator skill will be advantageous
- Conversational mid-high level of English
- Must have car and be able to travel up country.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company (Understand working style of Japanese company)

- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคกับลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่าย
(การสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์, การประเมินตัวอย่าง, สามารถเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหา, การติดตั้ง HW/SW, การฝึกอบรมการปฏิบัติงาน, บริการหลังการขาย, การสนับสนุนทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล ฯลฯ)
- เข้าพบลูกค้ากับผู้จัดจำหน่ายและอธิบายข้อมูลรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับด้านเทคนิค
*เฉลี่ย 3-4 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ , *ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่าย
-สนับสนุนงานขายในด้านความรู้ด้านเทคนิค
- กิจกรรมขยายธุรกิจในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
*จำเป็นต้องเดินทางไปติดต่อธุรกิจต่างประเทศ (ประเทศในกลุ่มอาเซียนเป็นหลัก)
- การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางเทคนิคสำหรับการปรับปรุงผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- การแลกเปลี่ยนทางเทคนิคกับประเทศในเอเชียทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิศวกรบริการภาคสนามขั้นต่ำ 3-5 ปี
- มาตรวิทยา, ระบบเอ็กซเรย์, เครื่องมือวัด, เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบอื่นๆ
- ประวัติการทำงานบริษัทเครื่องกล/ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ เซมิคอนดักเตอร์/ ยานยนต์
- ทักษะ Dimensional CAD, ประสบการณ์ซอฟต์แวร์ 3 มิติ, ความรู้ด้านระบบอัตโนมัติ, ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และผู้ประสานงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง-สูง
- มีรถยนต์และสามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
